Thousand Oaks Powersports is committed to customer service. We strive to ship all orders of in stock items received by 1:00 p.m PST the same day.

You will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped with tracking information.

Oversized/ Heavy Items are subject to a fee. In an attempt to keep our customers shipping costs as low as possible we will notify you when an certain item falls into this category, and provide you with a quote based on your location, shipping time frame needs and the weight and dimensions of the item.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return any new, unused and unaltered item to us within 30 days of receiving your order. This excludes Electrical components. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and the item will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns require an authorization number (obtained by phone or email) and must include original tags and packaging and be shipped in an appropriate shipping box (such as the box it was shipped to you in).
